Observer Draw is giveaway management software for creators and businesses. This policy explains what you can and can't do with it.
What Observer Draw is for
Observer Draw is intended for lawful giveaway management, audience engagement, and creator or business promotions. You are responsible for complying with all laws, platform rules, and promotion rules that apply to the giveaways you run.
What you may not do
You agree not to use Observer Draw for:
- Illegal activity of any kind.
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive promotions.
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Harassment, threats, hateful conduct, or abuse of other people.
- Collecting sensitive personal information without proper permission and legal basis.
- Impersonating another person, brand, or organization.
- Distributing malware, running exploits, or otherwise abusing the security of our systems or others'.
- Selling entries, paid chances to win, raffle tickets, lottery tickets, gambling products, or paid prize participation through Observer Draw.
- Promotions that violate the rules of Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Discord, or any other platform you are using alongside Observer Draw.
- Circumventing plan limits, rate limits, or abuse protections.
Content responsibility
Creators and businesses are responsible for the content of their giveaways, including prizes, eligibility rules, disclosures, tax handling, and any legal requirements for their audience or region.
Enforcement
Observer Draw may investigate suspected violations of this policy. We may remove content, suspend features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, without prior notice where we consider it necessary. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to platforms or authorities where appropriate.
Reporting abuse
To report a giveaway or account you believe violates this policy, email support@observerdraw.com with a link and a short description. We'll take a look.
