Observer Draw sells monthly software subscriptions to creators and businesses. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Subscriptions
Observer Draw offers monthly software subscriptions. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel it.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated. You will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of that period.
Refunds
Refunds are generally not issued automatically for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, were double-billed, or ran into a serious problem, contact us at billing@observerdraw.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.
Where required by applicable law, Observer Draw will follow the refund requirements that apply to your jurisdiction.
Free trials
If you signed up for a free trial, you are not charged during the trial period. If you don't upgrade to a paid plan, your account will not be billed.
Prizes and giveaways
Observer Draw is software that helps creators and businesses run giveaways. Observer Draw does not sell, fulfill, or refund giveaway prizes. Prize responsibilities belong to the creator or business running the giveaway.
